Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the website at https://trykux.cfd/, published by trykux, 233 South Wacker Drive, Suite 4200, Chicago, IL 60606, United States. You can reach trykux at [email protected] or +1 (312) 555-0186. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the site is

trykux is an educational guidebook about qualitative marketing research for B2B teams. The pages discuss customer interviews, decision-makers, market observation, purchase friction, pattern synthesis, and positioning. The field shorthand “claude notes” is a method name used inside this guidebook. It is not an offer of software and not a promise that a method will produce revenue, pipeline, or a shorter sales cycle.

Examples, composites, and sample sentences are illustrations of craft. They are not client results, not testimonials, and not statistics about any industry. A count of conversations in an essay is a teaching device unless the page expressly describes a study with a sampling frame. Most pages do not.

No professional advice

The guidebook is general information. It is not legal advice, research-ethics advice for your jurisdiction, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell a product. Decisions about how you interview your own customers, what you record, and what you tell a buyer are yours. If you need advice for a specific account or a regulated setting, hire a qualified professional. trykux is not your lawyer, your compliance officer, or your research vendor of record merely because you read a page.

The field list

If you submit an email address, you ask trykux to send occasional notes about new pages. You can stop those notes by writing to [email protected]. Submitting an address does not create a consulting engagement, a subscription with a fee, or a duty to publish on a schedule. We may decline or remove an address that appears automated, abusive, or mistyped.

You may not copy the guidebook wholesale, republish it as your own, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, attempt to break the site, or use the contact channels to send malware, unlawful content, or confidential information belonging to someone else. You may not present trykux’s composites as if they were your customer evidence, and you may not imply that trykux certified a commercial claim.
